1. Intellectual Property & Content
All content available through the OREVIQUE® online store, including product photography, videos, brand names, logos, descriptions, graphics, illustrations, headwear designs, product presentation, website design, written materials, and other creative content, is owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by OREVIQUE® or the applicable rights holder and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
We Welcome: You may share photographs or videos of your OREVIQUE® hats on social media and tag us. We love seeing our headwear become part of your everyday style.
We Prohibit: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially resell, impersonate, scrape, republish, or otherwise misuse OREVIQUE® images, logos, text, videos, designs, or other protected content without prior written authorization.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of OREVIQUE® intellectual property or any unrestricted right to use protected brand materials.
2. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, colors, materials, hat dimensions, sizing information, measurements, features, and photography.
Because product appearance may vary under different conditions, slight differences may occur in:
Hat color · Fabric texture · Surface finish · Stitching · Product appearance · Perceived dimensions
Actual product colors and appearance may also vary because of lighting, photography, screen settings, device displays, and viewing conditions.

Submitting an order does not automatically constitute acceptance.

If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Applicable taxes, shipping fees, duties, or other charges will be displayed during checkout where required.
6. Product Use & Care
OREVIQUE® products include hats and related headwear designed for everyday use.

Fit & Comfort
The fit of hats may vary depending on:
Head shape · Head circumference · Hairstyle · Hat dimensions · Crown depth · Individual comfort preference
OREVIQUE® cannot guarantee that every hat style will fit every individual identically.
Fabric Care
To help preserve the appearance of your hat, handle it carefully and use suitable cleaning methods.
Avoid aggressive rubbing, abrasive materials, harsh chemicals, or other cleaning methods that may damage the fabric, embroidery, stitching, color, or finish.
Shape Care
Hats should be handled carefully to help maintain their shape and finish.
Excessive bending, twisting, crushing, stretching, impact, or improper storage may cause permanent damage.
Product Storage
When not in use, hats should be stored in a suitable dry and clean location that helps maintain their natural shape.
Avoid prolonged exposure to excessive heat, heavy pressure, moisture, or conditions that may affect the material or structure.
Proper Usage
OREVIQUE® hats are designed for normal everyday headwear use.
Damage resulting from accidents, improper handling, misuse, excessive force, or failure to follow reasonable care instructions may not qualify as a product defect where permitted by applicable law.
Product Appearance
Fabric color, texture, stitching, embroidery, finish, and overall appearance may look slightly different depending on lighting, viewing conditions, and screen displays.
These variations do not necessarily indicate a product defect.
7. Returns, Refunds & Shipping
Returns, refunds, exchanges, shipping, and delivery are governed by the applicable OREVIQUE® policies.

Because hats are personal accessories, voluntary return eligibility may depend on the condition of the product.
Products that have been materially worn, stained, damaged, stretched, altered, or otherwise changed from their original condition may not qualify for voluntary return where permitted by applicable law.
